Qualifications to win a KidzArt/Art innovator Franchise:
- Be a citizen of the United States
- Be over 21 years old (*military exceptions)
- Have a clean background check, and meet state school guidelines for working with children
- Submit social security number for background check/credit check
- Be able to pass a Skill Assessment Test
- Must be unemployed/returning veteran
- Devote at least 20 hours a week to the business
- Have approximately $3,500 working capital to cover normal business set up fees. This would include:
- $300- $400 dollars for first 6 month liability Insurance policy payment
- $ Free website set up
- $ Free on line registration software set up and first 3 months
- $1,000- $1,500 dollars for travel, food, and lodging expenses to Michigan for 4 days
- $477 for startup marketing kit
- $225 Quick Books accounting software
- $100 Professional legal and accounting advice
- $800 startup art supplies
- Be willing and able to enter into and sign our Franchise Agreement
- Be willing and able to attend a training within 3 months of acceptance
- Have basic office capability (phone, fax, Internet access, computer (PC only) with MS Office Pro 2010 or higher, Adobe Acrobat Professional 9 or Adobe reader 9)
- Have a current driver's license and dependable transportation
- Have living expenses covered while developing the business
- Agree to allow your image to be used in all advertising, PR and internet marketing.
